Grading Plan/Plat
This
is the
grading plan I submitted to the City & Borough of Juneau's
planning department with the addition of cabin names. My
contributions are superimposed on the original homestead plat.
The water
flow I included is a little puzzling to me now, but it's close
The real freshet (the one that everyone is familiar with, especially if
they had their beer chilled in it) actually runs to the left of Hermit
Thrush and Murrelet Cabins.
